The club showed up in the same condition they described, so no complaints there. I’m always a little wary of customer service claims with stuff like this, but thankfully I didn’t need to deal with them because the item was exactly as listed.

My club showed up quickly, faster than I thought it would, honestly. The only thing is I wish the tracking had updated a little sooner, I kept checking it. But overall, I’m happy with how fast it got here.

I liked the selection overall, but I’m not totally sure the prices make sense for used clubs. Once shipping was added, it didn’t really feel like much of a deal to me. I ended up seeing similar stuff for less elsewhere, so the value was a bit disappointing

I had a good experience with 2nd Swing. I wasn’t totally sure what shaft or loft I should be looking for, and the guy helping me actually took the time to explain it in a way that clicked, if that makes sense. He didn’t make me feel rushed or dumb for asking questions. Prices were fine, not exactly a steal, but the staff’s knowledge made it feel worth it. I’m taking off one star just because shipping was a bit slower than I expected.

It took a while to hear back from them, which was a little frustrating. To be fair, they did eventually reply and handled it okay once they got back to me.

I’ve used 2nd Swing a few times when I’m hunting for used clubs, the selection is usually good. They’ve got a decent mix of brands, shafts, and club conditions, which is nice because I don’t have the patience to dig through ten different sites just to find one decent option.
The main reason I keep going back is that they usually have something available. Yeah, some of the better stuff gets picked up fast, which is annoying, but most of the time there’s another club close enough to what I was looking for.
I’m not giving it 5 stars because some listings really need better pictures or more details. I don’t want to sit there guessing what kind of shape a club is actually in. Still, for shopping around without too much hassle, it’s a easy site to use.

I’ve ordered clubs from them twice now, and both times the stock shown on the site was actually right and everything shipped out without any problems. if that ever starts slipping I’d probably take my business somewhere else, but so far it’s been a solid experience.
